A Winter Truffle and Wine Dinner

Join us for an intimate winter celebration of provenance and flavour as O’Connell’s presents a very special Truffle Dinner in collaboration with Friend & Burrell and Stonier Wines.

Hosted by Head Chef Aaron Brodie (ex-Oakridge), the evening showcases an elegant three-course menu built around the rich, earthy character of Victorian black truffles, sourced from the heart of the Central Highlands. Each course is paired with hand-selected wines from the Mornington Peninsula’s Stonier Wines, curated by the winemakers themselves.

Entrée – Steamed whey custard, buttered crab and truffle
Main – Smoked and Josper-roasted quail, truffle stuffing and sauce
Dessert – Jerusalem artichoke and truffle brûlée
