O’Connell’s has been at the forefront of pub gastronomy in Melbourne, blending a unique design and informality with award-winning food and service, for 140 years.
Over the years, it has been home to some of the city’s most well known chefs including Greg Malouf, Cath Kalka and Adrian Richardson, who contributed to its success and reputation.
Currently at the helm is Head Chef Tom Brockbank, originally from Kent in England's southeast Tom has now settled in Melbourne, working with a number of industry giants and earning a string of accolades along the way. Tom’s bar menu and Spring a la carte menu are available now.
