O’Connell’s welcomes back the esteemed Michelin Star and previous Head Chef Greg Malouf, who’s teaming up with our current head chef, Tony Moss for an exclusive collaboration dinner bringing to the life the art of Mezza.
On Saturday 2nd May from 6:30pm, enjoy a decadent three course experience including a drink on arrival.
Greg was head chef at O’Connell’s in the late 90’s and his legacy lives on in the menu and one of our Function Spaces, The Malouf Boardroom. He took his culinary delights around the world, working in France, Italy, Austria and Hong Kong. In 2012, the esteemed chef was awarded with a Michelin star for his exquisite interpretation of Middle Eastern food. Greg went on to consult in Dubai for the highly acclaimed Clé Dubai and Zahira Restaurants from 2013 until 2017.
Now, we are extremely fortunate to welcome him back to O’Connell’s for an exclusive and once-in-a-lifetime dinner experience. Join us as we celebrate Greg Malouf’s legacy in collaboration with Tony Moss’ contemporary influence.
