Greg Malouf is back at O’Connell’s

For three days in September, Greg will be taking over the reins at O’Connell’s to create a series of extraordinary 10-course banquets celebrating our twenty-year relationship.

Widely considered to be ‘the godfather’ of modern Middle Eastern food, we are proud that O’Connell’s is where the Michelin-starred chef forged his reputation in the late 1990s.

Greg was the first chef to seduce the Australian dining public with his unique and contemporary take on Middle Eastern cuisine. Ten years ago he relocated to Dubai, from where he continues to inspire chefs and diners around the world with his groundbreaking menus and multi-awarded cook books.

We’re delighted to welcome you to O’Connell’s for a rare opportunity to experience Greg’s food again here in Melbourne. On Sunday 26th September he’ll be preparing a sumptuous brunch, with such dishes as his legendary salmon kibbeh nayee, hazelnut falafel, honey-cardamom duck breast and ‘Hand of Fatima’ ice cream.
