Our Homegrown Heroes series continues throughout Winter, as we team up with Victorian winemakers and producers.
On Saturday 18 August join us from 12pm for a cooking class with Head Chef Tom Brockbank featuring produce from the Yarra Valley. Learn how to make a two course lunch using some of the best produce from the region.
The Yarra Valley is home to over 90 cellar doors plus many more vineyards, earning the region its reputation of one of the world’s great cool climate wine regions. Its history is rich with famous wineries and breweries dating back to the 1800s.
