Our Homegrown Heroes series continues throughout Winter, as we team up with Victorian winemakers and producers. On Wednesday 25 July we are joined by Sally’s Paddock Redbank Winery from the Pyrenees.
Head Chef Tom Brockbank has created an exceptional five-course menu which celebrates local produce from the Pyrenees and has been perfectly matched with five wines from the Sally’s Paddock range. Winemaker Sasha Fair will talk you through each wine as you enjoy this magnificent feast.
Established by winemaker Neill Robb and his wife Sally in 1973, Sally’s Paddock was the realisation of their dream of building a Pyrenees winery to produce Australia’s best red wines.
