Flavours of the Mornington Peninsula Cooking Class

Throughout Winter, we’re teaming up with Victorian winemakers and producers to bring you our Homegrown Heroes Series.

On Saturday 16 June join us from 10am for our first cooking class with Tom Brockbank featuring produce from the Mornington Peninsula. Learn how to make a two course lunch using some of the best produce from the region.

Learn to make:
Amuse Bouche: Wallaby, flax, wattle, lemon myrtle
Main: Mornington Farms Herbaceous Gnocchi with farmers cress, nasturtium, pickles and radish

After the class, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the lunch they have prepared, paired with a complimentary glass of Stonier Gainsborough Park Vineyard Chardonnay, and followed by a choice of dessert.

Classes are strictly limited to 10 participants, please book early to avoid disappointment.
