Experience an afternoon of exceptional wine pairings as we explore the rich heritage of Cirillo Estate with five wines paired with a delicious three-course menu.

This is a rare occasion to experience wines made from the oldest still-producing Grenache and Semillon vines in the world from Australia’s famous Barossa Valley.

Head winemaker, Marco Cirillo will guide you through the nuances of each wine, sharing insights into the intricate art of winemaking and the rich history of the Barossa Valley while you enjoy some remarkable wines, including the sought-after Semillon, Grenache and Shiraz.

Executive Chef, Peter Reffell, has curated a special three-course menu that beautifully complements the distinctive flavours of the wines being showcased. You’ll enjoy a dining experience that seamlessly marries Mediterranean influences with the best of Australian produce.
