The Yarra Valley is famous for wine, and now it’s time for its farms to shine. Explore the food of the Yarra Valley with Head Chef Tom Brockbank at O’Connell’s on Saturday 17 March from 11:45am.
Tom’s cooking class is now sold out however there are still tickets available for the long lunch and cheese tasting are still available. Yarra Valley Dairy will be sampling some new and exclusive cheeses.
During the long lunch with matched Victorian wines, suppliers whose ingredients are featured in each course will tell us about their produce.
